The most valuable section of this incomplete project is the diplomatic transcription of the ducal accounting records for 1454 (contained in ADN-B2017). Anyone planning to study any volumes of the duke's accounts will benefit from understanding the overall structure as represented in this volume, and by reviewing some of the paleography via the transcriptions. Click on the Highlighting options to bring certain formulaic features of the text into relief. The account for 1455 is of similar interest, but lacks a transcription. |
