V is for Veil of the Tabernacle

The letter V is the first letter of the book of Leviticus and the phrase: “Vocavit autem Mosen et locutus est ei Dominus de tabernaculo…” The knotted initial functions here as the cloud of glory or the curtain that isolated the Holy of Holies.
